Admission Eligibility Criteria

- The candidate should have passed the Common Law Admission Test (CLAT) conducted by the Consortium of National Law Universities or the Indraprastha University Common Entrance Test (IPU CET).
Master of Law (LLM) – 2 years:
- The candidate should have completed a three-year LLB or five-year integrated LLB program from a recognized university with a minimum of 50% marks in aggregate.
- The candidate should have qualified the All India Common Entrance Test (CET) for LLM conducted by Guru Gobind Singh Indraprastha University or the National Eligibility Test (NET) conducted by UGC/CSIR or a similar test conducted by an accredited agency.
Doctor of Philosophy (PhD) in Law:
- The candidate should have completed a Master’s degree in law (LLM) or a related field from a recognized university with a minimum of 55% marks in aggregate.
- The candidate should have qualified the entrance test conducted by the university and should have submitted a research proposal as per the guidelines of the university.
